Mothers-to-be who have low Vitamin-D levels during pregancy may cause their babies to have an increased risk of tooth decay.A test conducted by the University of Manitoba showed that Mothers of infants with early childhood decay had significantly lower Vitamin D levels than mothers of cavity-free infants.
To help Vitamin D levels, Mothers-to-be should drink plenty of milk and always take their prenatal vitamins.
