I would like to convey my thanks to Dr. Jean and her team, as well as, the support staff at Grove City Family Dentistry. GC Family Dentistry is the fourth group I have visited and tried to get through an initial exam with since arriving in the Columbus area this past August.
The other three facilities were all downtown and in the short north. They failed miserably leaving me in the waiting room up to 2 hours in one case and in two cases in the chair awaiting the Dental Assistant for over an hour at each location. I walked out of all three and never received a phone call as to why I left.
I raved to a friend on how pleasant and thorough the service and care I received from you was. WELL DONE! I look forward to getting the quality work done on my teeth that I was seeking so badly in the past. Please congratulate the staff, I am a believer.
