How do I know if my city has Fluoridated water?
Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009If you call your city water supplier and they will be able to tell you. The ADA has been pushing fluoridation in city water for years. Not every city has approved it. If you have well water, there is still a way to fluoridate it.It is highly recommended to cook with fluoridated water. You can even use fluoridated water to prepare infant formula. The more your child is exposed to fluoride, the lower risk they have of developing dental decay.
Columbus, OH has 0.8- 1.3mg/L of fluoride in their city water supply.
