Fear of Dentistry? We understand.

Monday, April 6th, 2009

Many patients have dental anxiety.  Let’s be honest, today many people have fear or hesitation for seeing any doctor or medical personnel.  But it is necessary to maintain good health and proper preventative and therapeutic treatment.  The best thing you can do for your dental anxiety is letting your dentist know your fears.

There have been extensive advances in dental technology as well as medicinal standards that have greatly improved your typical dental experience.  Never let a past experience with a previous dentist or a friend or family member’s “horror story” about a specific procedure cause you to shy away from an appointment.  As dental professionals, we understand your anxiety and want nothing more to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for your.   We ask for your honesty and trust so that we can do everything in our ability to make this possible.  We wish you all the best in your dental and overall health!
