Hey guys-

Just thought I should let you know that I have completed my series of Invisalign aligners, and am really impressed with the finished product.  Although, one of my teeth did not move to the exact position it was supposed to be in, I am happy with the results.  The Invisalign team offered to order more aligners to move the tooth into the correct position, however, I declined.  I could not be more happy with the results that Invisalign was able to give me.  I feel more confident as a person, and am not afraid to smile.  I strongly recommend this product, and Grove City Family Dentistry to anyone who is really considering fixing their teeth without all the attention that metal braces get.  Out of approximately nine months, a total of TWO people actually noticed that I had Invisalign aligners in my mouth.  This product is phenomenal.  I think GCFD is posting before and after pictures of my teeth–look for them!

Later.

Hey guys-

So I just realized I haven’t been writing lately, but I thought you ought to know that I am on set 17 (of 20)! Time has flown by! I could not be more happy with the results I have seen thus far! To vouch for how awesome and effective Invisalign is, I will just say that upon graduating this past Sunday from OSU with a Bachelors of Science in Zoology, friends and family that I have not seen in months could not stop complimenting me on my smile. They say it has improved my self-esteem. I am no longer ashamed to smile and laugh like I used to be. It is TRUE! If you don’t want the hassle of metal braces, go with Invisalign! I feel better about myself, and I am not even done with treatment yet! Talk to you later!

2:30 AM

Hi Guys-
So I know I said that I would update sooner, but with graduation coming up, I needed to squeeze in the last of my core classes which take up a lot of my time.  Sorry.  Currently I am more than half way done with my treatment!  My teeth are a million times better.  My friends almost daily tell me how much straighter my teeth look.  It really is crazy.  I’ve always hated my teeth, and now that they are looking better, I am way more confident, and I am not even done with treatment yet!  Even a little bit goes a long way.  More to come.

Later.

Hey guys-

Sorry for the long break with no blogging, but with the holidays, and a new quarter starting, it has been hard to find time to write.  I am on my sixth set of trays, with only 14 more trays left.  Really it seems like a long time, but the time has flown.  I can’t even believe that I am on my sixth set!  Oh yeah, here is yet another story of how truly invisible these trays are.  I work at a veterinary clinic when I go back to Toledo for breaks from school.  I worked there for probably 2 weeks, and neither the doctors OR the techs even knew that I had my Invisalign trays in.  I know I have said it before, but Invisalign is really an awesome way to straighten your teeth without all the metal!  Anyways, hope everything is going well for all of you.  Thanks for reading.  I hope to update sooner next time!

Later.

Hey Guys-

It has been a while since my last post, so I figured that since I have a little down time, I would update.  The past few weeks have been CRAZY!  With finals, vet school interviews, and work almost every night it had been hard to find time to just relax!  So, my teeth are looking better and better with every new invisalign tray.  I know it seems thats all I ever say, but it is TRUE! Invisalign is truly a great product, that so far has given me awesome results.  Anyways, I hope you guys have a great Christmas!

See ya!
Tom

P.S.  Invisalign would make a great gift!

9:05 P.M.

 Hey guys!

Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving.  I know I enjoyed spending time with my family.  Not one person noticed that I had my invisalign trays in until I took them out for dinner.  However, after dinner I think I had to take them out, and then put them back in about twenty times for everyone to fully understand how they work.  Apparently it was a difficult concept to understand…NOT.  Anyways, my teeth are definetly moving; and with every new tray I put in, the more anxious I get to see the final result!  Later!

Hey Guys-

Sorry about the delay on the update, life has been extra crazy the past two weeks between school and work, and I haven’t had a chance to write. This past Monday, I put in my new set of trays, and only have 18 more to go!  I can already see that my teeth are moving!  How cool is that?!  The new trays were difficult to put in, but after they were in, it was okay and only experienced minor pain.  Also, my speech impediment came back when I put in the new tray, but was gone within a couple of hours.  Anyway guys, will up date sooner next time!

5:25 P.M.

Dear GCFD,

So it has been exactly a week since I had my invisalign, and I barely even notice that they are there.  Also, with my speech impediment less noticeable, my co-workers did not even notice they were in!  No complaints so far, invisalign is everything I thought it would be, and could not be happier!

P.S.  I will be posting every week or so keep checking for new updates!  Also, there is a video update.  Check it out, but be nice!  I am not a man of the theatre, but I gave it my best shot!

Dear GCFD,

Aside from learning how to remove the trays by myself and my minor speech impediment, everything went fine.  The aligners were not causing pain, just some mild annoyance because I have not had anything like the aligners on my teeth before.  I had an Ecology class this morning at 8:30, and my friends did not even know they were on, until they heard me talk.  However, I am hopeful that with alot of talking, I will be able to speak clearly again! ;)

I’ll write more later, have to get to class again!
